Jacek Masiota – attorney at law, Ph.D. in economics from the University of Economics in Poznań, chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ekstraklasa S.A., management board member of the Polish Football Association. Member of supervisory boards of several joint-stock companies.
Besides running the Law Firm at its President of the Management Board, he is an assistant professor in the Business Law Department at the University of Economics in Poznań.
His fields of expertise are banking law and electronic payment instruments, which are also fields of his scientific and research activities, and sports law. As far as sports law is concerned, he specialises both in regulations of sports associations, including in particular Polish Football Association, FIFA and UEFA, as well as issues related to sports contracts and brand- or image-related rights.
