Miłosz Janiak – counsellor at law, member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsellors in Poznań, vice-chairman of the supervisory board of Zabrzańska Agencja Realizacji Inwestycji sp. z o.o.

Apart from managing the Law Firm as its Vice-President of the Management Board he also co-ordinates the operations of the Legal Firm’s corporate law and ownership transformations department.

His field of expertise is corporate law, including in particular transformations, mergers and spin-offs of companies and the related issues of in-kind contributions of enterprises and their organised parts. Apart from that, his professional interests are focused on labour law and contract law (business contracts). He specialises in bills of exchange law.
